The 2026 GEO Symposium and GEO-21 Plenary are organised by the Group on Earth Observations (GEO), a global alliance dedicated to understanding Earth’s complexities. As an intergovernmental body of more than 100 national governments and over 100 participating organisations, GEO co-produces user-driven Earth intelligence solutions.
This year’s event has the theme ‘Investing in Earth Intelligence for a Resilient Future’. Across 3 days, governments, space agencies, research organisations, private sector innovators and development partners will come together to explore how Earth intelligence can drive transformative, resilient solutions for people and the planet at a pivotal moment in the implementation of GEO’s Post-2025 Strategy.
