About the client and location
Starion Luxembourg provides full lifecycle engineering solutions, including design, integration and operation, for complex programs. We supply operations and ground system engineering services for missions including Earth observation, communications, scientific, navigation and space exploration helping both New Space and established organizations set up their operations infrastructure or introduce new ground segment technologies.
Tasks and activities
The scope of work will include:
- Marketing support:
- Coordinate with the Corporate Marketing department.
- Fair/ Exhibitions registration preparations.
- Develop communication of the Starion Luxembourg’s entity.
- Promote Belux’s projects internally and externally (in collaboration with Corporate Marketing team)
- Organize Team building events.
- Administrative and Project Control support:
- Activities related to facility management. Contact point to our OPEX suppliers, to the Syndic/Property Manager.
- Provide support to our Managing Director and Operations Director.
- Provide support to our Project Controller.

- Good analytical skills.

- Understand and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Excellent ability to work with remote teams, especially within a multi-cultural environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Another European language (such as French or Luxembourgish) is an asset.
